What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Packages and envelopes are dispatched from Spain worldwide and delivery charges depend on customer location and the weight of the shipmment.  There’s a shipment calculator in the checkout process so every customer knows how much money will the shipment cost.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payment by bank transfer services and by PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Exact shipping times for your country are given can not be given during checkout, but depending on your customer location, Spain shipments are delivered between two days after ordered fulfilled. European customers will get their shipment between six or seven days. Rest of the world depends heavily on exact destination, customs clearence… Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas. Standard Delivery shipments can´t be tracked.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We didn’t manage credit card details from our customers. That’s part of Paypal.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed the package will be sent on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day. Orders via bank transfers or cash on delivery are sent out on the day we receive the payment.

Is Local Pickup possible?

Yes, if you meet us regularly.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact our Order-Support to check whether we received your order.

On rare occasions or in remote areas there sometimes might be a delay. Adeptlabel unfortunately has no influence on this. If the announced shipping times are exceeded significantly, please contact our Shop support at shop@adeptlabel.com with your order number.

Do I have to pay a customs duty for the goods if I order from Adeptlabel?

After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. To facilitate the customs process, we reserve the right to inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. For the same reason, customs officials are permitted to open packages. Adeptlabel has no influence over this procedure.

Can i cancel the purchase?

You can cancel your order within two weeks of receiving the first goods delivery in writing or by e-mail. The above provision does not include software products opened by the customer or download versions for any product. Further information can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

I  have a glitch in my download…

If you find a glitch or sonic artefact in your download please let us know immediately. We need to replace it as soon as possible. Please get in contact through the support system or email: shop@adeptlabel.com Please remember to let us know what release and track you have a problem with and ideally where in the track it is (in minutes and seconds).
