Packages and envelopes are dispatched from Spain worldwide and delivery charges depend on customer location and the weight of the shipmment. There’s a shipment calculator in the checkout process so every customer knows how much money will the shipment cost.
We accept payment by bank transfer services and by PayPal.
Exact shipping times for your country are given can not be given during checkout, but depending on your customer location, Spain shipments are delivered between two days after ordered fulfilled. European customers will get their shipment between six or seven days. Rest of the world depends heavily on exact destination, customs clearence… Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas. Standard Delivery shipments can´t be tracked.
We didn’t manage credit card details from our customers. That’s part of Paypal.
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed the package will be sent on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day. Orders via bank transfers or cash on delivery are sent out on the day we receive the payment.

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact our Order-Support to check whether we received your order.
On rare occasions or in remote areas there sometimes might be a delay. Adeptlabel unfortunately has no influence on this. If the announced shipping times are exceeded significantly, please contact our Shop support at email@example.com with your order number.
After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. To facilitate the customs process, we reserve the right to inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. For the same reason, customs officials are permitted to open packages. Adeptlabel has no influence over this procedure.
You can cancel your order within two weeks of receiving the first goods delivery in writing or by e-mail. The above provision does not include software products opened by the customer or download versions for any product. Further information can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
If you find a glitch or sonic artefact in your download please let us know immediately. We need to replace it as soon as possible.
