Tarmac´s live performance was like A/C for the spirit. You already know that refrigeration works a transfer of heat, and while Tarmac injected a good dose of sonic heat, as an electronic pump, that transfer actually refreshed those fortunate folks that could enjoy it live. But even if you didn’t have a chance attend, you don’t need to be bummed because you can live here and now…

The fifth release of adeptlabel collects an hour and a bit of music that brought that refreshing transfer of heat. Here you will find the typical sound of Tarmac, but even more soaked in reverb, more noisy and more rhythmic. You can hear some exclusive tracks like Mid Summer or Nador 5, and other cuts included in the adeptlabel EPs: Old Path, 9, SBSTC… A total of 11 cuts “re- aconditioned” and re-arranged to sound in a live situation in a different way as studio recordings do. In short, to offer the audience a new vision of the Tarmac´s music. The last cut is something special, extracted from Touching the Lab (adpt004), the first reference by the Greek musician Substak.

To sum up, here you’ll find a new opportunity to listen to the music and the passion of Tarmac, purified and refined with a pass through the sieve of live performance.
